Yep! Simply remove [Taka]_Naruto_Shippuuden_089_[720p][B90C5DC8].mp4 and look for another source.

It may be technically possible but not simple and hardly worth doing.

Hard subs are not an extra layer on top of the video. There's nothing underneath them.

Lots of things actually are impossible. For example, you cannot go back in time. You are not physically capable of throwing a baseball at 500 mph (roughly 800 kph). You are not physically capable of running 100 meters in under 5 seconds. You cannot exceed the speed of light. You cannot reproduce through asexual budding. You cannot know all the digits of pi. It's not possible for you to change the gravitational constant of the universe. And so on.

It is possible with an awful lot of work to replace the subtitles with transparent shapes of exactly the same size that try to mimic the background, but many find these to be more distracting than they original subtitles. And in my opinion many of the before/after photos for various filters that do this are not indicative of real world results but represent either unachievable outcomes (ie. the photos were tampered with to make the results look better than reality) or are of very unusual cases where the process worked exceptionally well but the odds are high that you'll never achieve those results.

Lots of new members expect miracles like this or the old "Can I remove one specific voice or instrument from an audio recording where there are other voices/instruments I want to keep in the same channel?" question that also can't be done. In this case, if you were willing to spend a minimum of $100,000 if not maybe even a million or more and had access to the best digital studios that Hollywood uses, yes, you could pay someone to work frame by frame and painstakingly remove the subs and the best people could probably give you a final product where you'd never know that subs were there. But as an ordinary consumer, there's no good way to do this and certainly what can be done isn't fast, even if you're willing to live with results that may be disappointing.
