    I am trying to encode I have 2 different problems with 2 different files. First I am using TMPGenc, I select the file I want to encode and it starts to encode but I do not get and video in the preview. The second problem I am having is that I select the movie I want to encode and it says the the file is unsupported. I cannot thank you guys enough!!!!

    more information needed...
    do the files play in WMP? if not, then they won't work in TMPG, in which case you might need new codecs(tools section).

    I am sorry about being brief, They play in WMP, but when I encode all is sound the one file. The other file TMPGen dose not even let me encode and it also plays in WMP. Thanks, you guys are great
