I have some DVD's that have NO Video_TS folder on them. They play in DVD players but when I open them on my computer there is nothing inside. What program can I get to rip the video off in a format the FCP will like?

OK, then take a print screen and show us the contents of the disc, according to the File Manager.

Which version of Windows are you running? Maybe the discs use a newer version of the file system than Windows is able to read? Are they normal DVD video discs or could they be data discs which happen to contain other types of video files such as AVI? Are they burned or pressed discs etc? If you open one of the discs with a program such as ImgBurn what info does it provide?
