    You can use several filters
    Directshow filter , http://forums.virtualdub.org/index.php?act=ST&f=7&t=15093
    or
    ffmpeg filter, https://code.google.com/p/ffinputdriver/downloads/list
    or
    quicktime m4v/mp4 filter, http://gral.y0.pl/~fcchandler/Plugins/QuickTime/

    And you will probably need video and audio decoders also like ffdshow, aac acm decoder, ac3 acm decoder, etc. See http://forums.virtualdub.org/index.php?act=ST&f=7&t=19488&


    It might be easier to use something else like avidemux...
