  1. I was trying to dig-out more details on mkvtoolnix and found,
In order to find out the track IDs that mkvmerge and mkvextract execute mkvmerge in identification mode: mkvmerge --identify-verbose yourfile.mkv, for more information.
Does anyone know proper command-line to extract selected streams out of MKV?

  2. mkvextract -h will give you the command line arguments.

  3. Thanks jagabo,

I have also got it the same way you suggested.
    mkvextract tracks input.mkv --raw 1:video.h264 2:audio.ac3
Where, the track IDs must be the same as the ones output by mkvmerge --identify option.

  4. While it's not the answer to your actual question, have you tried MKVCleaver?
