For mpeg files hard to fix, usually I use mpeg corrector.
But when I play the fixed mpeg I cannot use the fast forward on windows media player because the advancement button remains at the beginning , despite of the video continues regularly. So, there are alternatives to this tool? Or there's some options that I can change to avoid the problem?

VideoReDo has an MPEG fix utility but VideoReDo is not free. Maybe it would fix your problem. Maybe not. Don't know. You might want to explain where your source files come from (ie. over the air TV recordings) and why they need to be fixed in case that information leads to another suggestion.
Another perhaps more reasonable choice would be to find a better player than WMP that can play your files with fast forward as you wish, but I'm guessing that you're probably married to WMP and not interested in any alternatives to it.
