I’m looking for a program that will auto backup files to azip drive. Yes I know there are plenty out there. Problem is the programs wantto “zip”, reconfigure, house the files in folders or encrypt the files. I justwant it to back up the files and when I look at the files that were transferredto the zip they are unaltered and no other files reside on the flash drive.Maybe someone has an idea.

I've been using Syncback from http://www.2brightsparks.com/ to backup my documents to a network connected drive every night. When I go to the backup drive it looks just like the original drive. Folders, subfolders, and files intact, no compression. You get to define the destination drive and folder so I don't see any reason why it wouldn't work to a zip drive. I don't think it backs up open files so make sure all your documents are closed at backup time. So far, I've been happy with it. They also have two other versions SyncbackSE and SyncbackPro, but I've been satisfied with the basic version.
