Trouble Seeking on MP4 Video (XBox 360-PS3Media Server)

Hi I was hoping I could find some help here because I couldn't figure anything else out otherwise. So I stream videos to my XBox 360 using PS3 Media Server, I usually don't have trouble seeking through MP4s only MKVs. So I have this MP4 file that has dual audio, when I tried to play it I could skip chapters, FF, RW, or resume after exiting the video. So I figured it was probably because of the Dual Audio. I used MP4Box to extract the one audio track I needed and the video, and then used MP4Muxer to create a new MP4, but had the same result when trying to play on my Xbox. Hopefully someone here can offer me some help, I'm not sure if you'd need some more information just let me know thanks.
