HELP. MP4 cannot be rendered, played, previewed, opened.

Background.
My wife and I went ziplining. Using my HTC Vivid Android phone, which is hacked, I am able to shoot 1080p video. I took multiple vids, all of the other ones play just fine, but this one will not open. I have tried VLC, MPC, WMP, Splash, KMPlayer, tried uploading to youtube, Windows Movie Maker, tried converting, updating codecs, etc., but nothing works. It either doesn't open, says cannot be rendered, or just a generic, cannot open file. One error I get from DVBPortal MP4 Mux/Demux says,

MP4ERROR: MP4File::FindIntegerProperty: no such property - moov.mvhd.modificationTime

It is thankfully not a 0 byte file, but 221 MB. The video is a little less than one minute.

The yousend it download link has two videos, 630 was taken right before 631, which is the troubled one. 13 seconds in file 630 is about 63MB, so proportionally, file 631 is about 45 seconds.

Using one of the programs WHELP recommended in another thread, I was able to get the error information below from the video, but cannot get any further. I have been reading and installing, opening, closing programs, etc, for several hours, but no avail. If I kept doing this, I would not know what the heck I was looking at or doing, and I am not too proud to admit defeat.

I attached a shot from the Analyze option in the DVBPortal program.

The order of the error information below is, KMPlayer Warning and DVBPortal MP4 Multiplexer/Demultiplexer. The errors are separated by a line of tildes.

Also, although this is from my honeymoon folder, I assure you, there is none of that stuff recorded. The vids are ONLY ziplining.

Please help me recover this video of me zipping along the longest land line in the Caribbean.

Wooo-hooo!!!!!

This is great; however, the video and the audio are out of sync. The video is only supposed to be about 45 seconds. The video is now at 1:22, the audio cuts out at 45.

I wanted to use that repair program fix it, but it said 40 for 1 repair and 120 for unlimited.

If push comes to shove I could strip the audio and use a windows movie maker to redo it, but don't have an audio stripper.

I do appreciate having the video though.

Think you (or anyone else) could knock that out?

You can try extract the audio with mymp4boxgui or pazera free audio extractor. Then try stretch/fix the audio in audacity. Save as a new aac/mp3/etc. Add back the audio to the mp4 with mymp4boxgui again or add in windows movie maker.

The audio doesn't need fixing -- it's the right length already. The problem is the video frame rate is 1/2 what it should be. Just remux with the correct frame rate, ~29.97 fps.
