Business need to get WMP 11 playing MP4

I am a network administrator needing to get 200 Plus computers using xp and WMP 11 the ability to view MP4's for training purposes.

I would like to have a .msi file to push the codec/or other solution out via AD and group policy.

Do not want a freeware/shareware soltion so I am hoping one exists.

I have tried the WM9Codes and get a windows media player 10 error.

I have also tried wmp6codcs and it does not work either.

Any solutions to this problem besides VLC or upgrading to win 7 machines (with wmp 12)
