I’ve been racking my brains past week to mux a subtitle with ffmpeg. I’ve used code –scodec /-map, but I only get a video with audio. I’ve also tried numerous attempts to use video filter, -vf, by enabling libass but no avail. I’m using Win 7 system not Linux and I did setup fonts.conf file path in environmental variable.
If anyone has been successful in using ffmpeg in Windows for subtitling, I would appreciate any guidance. I have successfully used other types of subtitling with avisynth and other gui’s, if someone going to suggest alternative methods.
