    I have a Envivo capture card usb connected to my security camera, but when it shows the feed it is flickering, there are options for PAL , secam, ntsc i set it to PAL_I, anything i can do to stop the flicker? The security camera is on a scart lead connected to an adapter then av cables to the card then plug into my hd tv or i get no signal, any help please? Thxs

    Many special purpose cameras like surveillance cameras and even back-up/reversing cameras for cars are NTSC. PAL countries and devices usually have no problem viewing NTSC, that is why manufacturers use them(NTSC).
    Capturing/recording NTSC in a PAL environment has always been a problem.
    Unless you have a PAL60 option on your capture device and/or capture software....you are pretty screwed I'm afraid.

    Have you tried NTSC?

    Thxs for the reply, what if i connected the camera to my dvd recorder and take av cables to capture card? Would that work? Ive used the recorder to record the camera before.
