subtitle doesn't work with windows media player!!!!

you can try installing directvobsub

or use a better player e.g. potplayer, smplayer, vlc, mpchc etc...

This is the best suggestion. Even if you fix the problem with subtitles and WMP, at some point you'll probably have another equally horrible, difficult to fix problem with WMP that one of the players named by poisondeathray won't have at all.
