I was trying to encode from a divx source to VCD or SVCD. I realized that the mpg starts to jump when the camera moves arround or zooms when I use VirtualDub to frame serve. The same is truth when I turn off the TMPGEnc pluggin AVI2(OpenDML) File reader (without frame serve). The final mpg just plays fine using this pluggin and no frame serve from VirtualDub. So, I was thinking how VirtualDub decodes an avi and how good is this TMPEGEnc pluggin. Does anybody know?
The Source is: Divx - 640 x 272 at 23.967
And yes. I've tried IVTC, 23.967, 29.967, 3:2 pulldown and another things.
Like I said, I only got perfect motion loading the source directly in TMPGEnc with the pluggin AVI2(OpenDML) File reader tuned on.
