Every time when i load a video in avidemux the sound has disspear why?

NO , the video is from sony vegas after i render it i want to load it in avidemux to add subs

And also when i click on save as , when is render i see AUDIO : 0 MB lol but when i finish the render in sony vegas the video have audio...

What you mean? how to fix it

He means if anyone can fix it you'll have to give them more information. Is this just happening with one video? Does the audio work in just vegas or can vlc play it?

Open the file from vegas with mediainfo. Post output here in text mode.
