    I am trying to make a blu ray menu with very little motion, and someone mentioned Cinemagraphs. I tried loading it, but it only shows it as a picture, not in motion. Does anyone know how to convert a cinemagraph from a gif to a video file? Or does anyone know how to make it work in the menu? I'm using Power Director.

    you might be able to do it in photoshop. import gif, window workspace motion, then file/export/render movie.

    my gif on the left converted to movie.
