I run a 24hr online tv channel. I currently stream at 720x480 30fps 2500kpbs (It varies at times, on justin.tv it can be between 1,800-2400kps at times even lower) We are interested in getting a server that is able to stream to ios, android, and web. We would like to be able to handle up to 1000 viewer at a time for now. What kind of server would be best to use, Red 5, or Wowza? How much per month would something like this cost? The most reliable decent priced services of course . Any info would be helpful.
