    I have the latest version of Mediacoder for Windows Vista. I am trying to find out what are the absolute best settings to get the highest quality sound from converting videos to mp3s and possibly to AACs.

    2 channel (Joint Stereo), 16-bit, 48 khz, CBR.

    128 kbps optimal bitrate, 192 kbps best bitrate.
