If you have problems importing your video files(like WMV, MP4, FLV, MKV, MPG, VOB, MTS, M2TS) in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, iMovie, etc can you try reconvert it to a Prores mov file that should work to import.

    Software:
    TEncoder. FREE! (for Windows only)

    Guide
    Install TEncoder.

Click on the + to load your video files, single files or entire folders.
Under the Video Options tab set Video Codec: ProRes, Common sizes: Original, FPS: Same as source, Aspect ratio: Keep

    Problems
You might need Quicktime and Apple ProRes Quicktime Decoder, if you are using Adobe Premiere Pro for windows.

Thanks for the useful hints of your post...

I have used the guide and the software to convert some mts to mov for use within DaVinci Resolve 12.

I have used VideoHelp forums a lot for my personal project and always saved me!!!

    Thanks again!

    Bye
