    I'm looking for a recomendation for a video gallery or video carousel for a web page, where web visitors can flip-through video choices and then select one to view (mp4). Any help with that will be appreciated.

    wouldn't that be a web page with thumbnails or slideshow and click through links to the videos?

    you can try jquery.tools, here is basic http://jquerytools.org/demos/scrollable/index.html, you can click to get some more advanced setups in the right column for scrollable
