  1. I choose a song and I picture for the background, then save the video to my computer and it works fine.
    Then, I upload it on youtube and the picture (chosed as the background) appears for only 1 sec.
    and then turns to black. The song still playing, though. What I'm doing wrong?

  2. Did you set the duration of the picture display to the same length (of time) as your music track?

  3. Yes, I did.

    What I want to do is so simple and can't find an apropriate software for this.
    Vegas would render only the first 5 seconds;
    Cyberlink Power Director makes a 700mb AVI file and has limited output format;
    Windows Movie Maker doesn't support FLAC formats;

    and now this...

  4. Very strange. The only thing I can think of is that the FLAC audio is confusing Youtube's converter (but I doubt it).

    Try using WAV instead of FLAC. If you convert to MP4 then try using AAC.
    I know you want to use FLAC but some things in life just aren't possible.
