I was wondering if anyone here has this program. I find that when creating either DVD or BluRay, the audio output is always out of synch. I know that the input files are fine as I test them to ensure that the audio matches the lip movement. I have advised the company and they keep asking me to uninstall and re install the program, which I have done numerous times. The problem persists. They have asked me to send an example file to them, this I have also done, but they are like a broken record and keep asking for the same thing. I note that when doing a conversion you can preview both the input and output audio/video, and in all cases the audio is out of synch on both source and destination screens. This really is weird as I know the source file is fine. They simply refuse to believe that there is any issue with their program. I have communicated with a couple of people who are on their forum who have similar issues. One cannot even suggest on their forum that there is an issue with the program without the post being deleted. Thus far I have paid money for a program that is useless and it seems as though the company refuses to admit that it is fundamentally flawed. Any help comments much appreciated.

Always try the trials before buying crapware...or maybe you did and it worked?

But what is your source video files? Many converters may have problem with downloaded video like flash, mkv, etc.

I have tried it on both MKV and Avi, same result, crap audio synch. This company is arrogant in the extreme, They absolutely refuse to believe that they have a problem. I know people are complaining about the Mac version of the software doing exactly the same.

Usually when you convert avi and mkv that were downloaded from the web is when you get sync problems since they are encoded with errors that can't be readily seen, have you tried backing up a movie disc that you own?
    I think,therefore i am a hamster.

I have used other programs like convertXtoDVD with these dvd files and have not had any issues with synch. I have tried converting a couple of videos that worked perfectly on convert X and they were absolute crud on Leawo. No I have not tried backing up a disc of my own as yet.
