    What tool can I use to make the following conversion? I just want to combine the video file with two audio files of L/R channels.

    INPUT:
    M2V - video only file
    Wave file #1 - mono, PCM, 16-bit
    Wave file #2 - mono, PCM, 16-bit

    OUTPUT:
    single MKV or m2ts file with stereo

    Thanks! I've tried it with default settings, but it gives me an mkv file with two separate audio tracks. How can I combine them into one track (mono to stereo)?

  4. I would try Audacity. I believe there's a way to combine two mono streams, but i can't remember how at the moment. IIRC, you open both files at once, right click on them and select "Make Stereo" (or something to that effect), and export as WAV. Then, import the new file into a muxing program (e.g. MKVMerge) just like any other WAV.
