I notice in the latest build of x264vfw that when I try to enable interlaced encoding, I get a pop-up that it is not supported. I wanted to see if this is something others have run into as well.
I'm trying to convert huffyuv captures (interlaced) down to something more manageable in size. I don't mind a slight hit from lossy compression (if it's a good codec) since this is mostly SVHS, but would prefer to keep the material in its original interlaced form.

You mean the problem happens in the r2273 build by komisar?
You can try an older revision (r2245, for example), OR the revision 2274 by MasterNobody:
