    Since the first and second files are correctly decoded by both DSS and FFMS and the third file has issues with both DSS and FFMS, I would think that the problem is within the source file itself.

    Do find another source for "Louis C.K. - Comedy Central Presents-Shameless-Chewed Up" (take note that hech54 suggestion is 100% safe...).
