How do I make the VCD look just as good as the AVI

I have the Divx DVD RIP of Rush Hour 2...I finally got it converted to a VCD but the quality wasnt even close to what it should of been. So is there a way to convert it to make it look just like the avi?

Well exactly the same is impossible any conversion looses some quality. But you may want to look into a higher bit rate as with an svcd... i have found tho that vcd looks alot better on a tv than on your comp. svcd is still better if your settop player accepts it.
