While encoding a Blu-ray with multiavchd using a m2ts file with PGS subs, tsMuxer stops working. If I remove the subs everything works. This happens with all m2ts, ts, and mts files with PGS subs.
Has anyone else come across this problem?

Unfortunately you may need to look into another program for this as multiavchd isn't in development any longer. Its last update was almost a year ago.
Hopefully somebody else here can give you pointers. Otherwise you may have to start looking into other programs for your needs.,
If the author of the program is still around then perhaps some assistance can be given.
If it actually is still being worked on I apologize as this is what I've read in other posts. Please let us know if it is still actively being supported.

Thanks for the reply Yoda.
As it turns out, after the first encode, it will work fine with subs. But if I change anything and try to encode it again, tsMuxer will stop working no matter how many times I try.
By closing multiavchd and restarting after every encode solves the problem.
