The stream folder on the not working ones seem to have and extra file called 01900, the non working ones will play but only with audio the screen is black.

I have tried to use Xillisoft to change to resolution and that removed the extra file (01900), then handbrake because tsmuxer could not use the audio even though it was AC3,but then there was a sound issues, it was in and out.

NOT WORKING Audio but pitcure file

  3. You should enable 'bluray_compat' if you want to produce Blu-ray conform content using x264, also see: http://www.x264bluray.com/.

tsmuxer CANNOT change your video and audio input. This means that if something in your video and audio is not valid for BluRay, it cannot change it.

Your file that isn't working in the last example uses AAC audio and AAC audio is not valid for BluRay.

Your files that have 1918x1078 resolution are likely not working because your player doesn't like that they are not 1920x1080. You may be able to get tsmuxer to use 1920x1080 as the resolution by working with the settings, but as I have never tried to make a BluRay using video where both the horizontal and vertical resolutions were not up to BluRay specs, I have never tried to do that.
