I already mentioned this. RemoveSpots() is quite damaging . The MC (= motion compensated) variants are less damaging more selective . E.g. RemoveDirtMC(30, false)

Compare the screenshots , you can see entire textures , bricks, are missing. This is typical for RemoveSpots()
ALL automatic dirt/spot/dust removal filters are damaging, and prone to remove small details. You can adjust the strength to remove more or less , at the risk of either missing spots or removing details. The "best" way is to use multiple strengths (e.g. a weak filtered, strong filtered) with multiple layers and a compositor - but it takes some manual input but it's basically a perfect repair, and a lot faster than photoshop
