VideoPack 5 Chaptering

Added new tutorial on site for chaptering with Videopack 5.

I got a lot of help from this forum on how to get the chaptering to work from members of this forum though, just that I promised someone I would work it out and post the tutorial,. Might be of interest to others.

kewl guide, hommez. I've been playing around and wasting time trying to figure out chapters (from a raw mpg). I can do them from dvd ripz with no probz. Im checking out vcdeasy (& trying to get a handle on xml), but was looking for something more easy and lazy to use.
So, your guide and timing is a godsend. Thanx again , bro.
