I assumed this movie was NTSC that had been converted to PAL but then I read they had planned to play it in theatres for a day. I've already wasted hours running the thing through qtgmc and now I'm wondering if somehow it could have been converted to 24p. I wouldn't know where to begin.

I don't know what's going on there...
Is there something wrong with the copy-right of the 10 second file I posted or didn't I register properly. If I rename it they'd never know what it was. Sorry, I've never done this before... -
