hi all i recently a captured a live stream using tubediggger 4.4.1 and converted it to mp4 .But unfortunately when i play the video using VLC player or windows player the video plays at fast speed and no audio. could you guys tell me how to fix this problem so video plays at normal speed and have voice ?
I even tried to use ffmpeg to convert the flv video to mp4 instead of tubedigger convert it for me but i get this error:
track 1: could not find tag, codec not currently supported in container
Could not write header for output file #0 (incorrect codec parameters ?): Operation not permitted

Insufficient information.
Post a mediainfo report of the file and, better still, a short sample of the video if you can.
Did you do a full convert in tubedigger or just a 'fix flv' ? -
Thanks for reply . it created for me mp4 so i assume it converted too! where to find mediainfor report ?

Don't use tubedigger's conversion routines.
Download the raw file and convert it with something else? -
The whole point of the 'fix flv' is to correct issues with live streams. It demuxes and then remuxes the flv in to a mp4 wrapper. No actual conversion ie change in codec etc. takes place.
We really need to see the original flv for a better idea but assume that did play ok.
Install mediainfo. Select text and copy/paste the report. -
thanks all for reply. That is what i exactly tried to do but Any video converter free version and ultimate version both failed to convert the full flv file(it stopped converting the video at 2 min for 16 min video). Is there any better converter that i should use to convert flv to mp4?
I tried the option of "convert without transcoding"in tubedigger the result was normal video playback but still without no voice. Initial problem was vlc couldn't play the video more then 30 seconds before it closes and it had no voice. Now vlc plays the video normally and i can move the vlc player slider to any part of video but unfortunately still no voice!
Here is mediainfo report:
