Below are the Audio and Videos codecs installed on my machine, are there any in the list that are irrelevant, that I can remove from my system that may have no use when compressing or decompressing, instead just sitting there hopelessly ?

Only you can be the judge of that.
Here's how I would look at it to see if it's "irrelevant":
1. Is it part of a stock Windows install (whether relevant or not)? If so, leave it alone!
2. Is it commonly used? If so, leave it alone.
3. Is it easy and painless to uninstall?
Using that as your criteria, I'm guessing you don't have ANY candidates on the audio side, and maybe only "Toshiba YUV" and/or "Techsmith Screen Capture" on the video side.
Now comes the last criteria:
4. Is your current decoding+playback being hampered or degraded? If not, LEAVE THINGS ALONE.
Only if you got a NO, NO, YES, and YES, would I even consider trying to change your setup.

I want to remove two codecs, I can't. Windows only displays three codecs installed within Device Manager > Sound, video and game controllers, the codecs I want to remove are listed in any program that writes to a video or audio file.
I downloaded AnalogX DXMan to remove specifically remove the video codecs I want to remove. I found that I have over 30 types of DLL codecs files ranging from DV splitters to MPEG codecs, I know I can't go in and choose any to remove because I don't know what there associated with. Is there anything that can help with this as this problem didn't help much. -
Stop messing with that stuff if you don't really know what you're doing (which you don't seem to)! You'll do more harm than good.

I want to remove irrelevant codecs, or dll files that are on my system. What is the so called complicated steps that you would do ?

A good rule of thumb is....
IF IT'S NOT BROKE, DON'T FIX IT!!!!!!
Codecs take up VERY minimal space and if you are not having any issues, crashes or conflicts....
Then why do you care ?
