x264 internal Deblocking is not a simple deblock like Deblock_QED, it's a inloop deblocker and it's definitely no good idea to disable it.
It's not ment do remove blocking from the source, but to help compression.
So:
1. yes one can disable the in loop deblocker in x264
2. it's a bad idea to do so
3. So replacing the inloop deblocker with Deblock_QED does not make any sense. Since the two have different goals and work differently.
-> No, it's not possible to replace x264s deblocker through Deblock_QED.
If you need to deblock your source, use Deblock_QED, Unblock() or any other deblocker before feeding the then filtered video to x264.
