    Welcome mrrhys

Which version of dvd architect ?

Likely prep to dvd ... which isn't going to happen

Take a look at the menu screen that pops up when you select "Make DVD".

    At the bottom, it says

Prepare DVD = creates all the files needed for the dvd to temp folder
Burning = burns them to a DVD."

Use prepare and make sure you have adequate free space.

Other bugs which can produce the same error are

1: More than 4 chapter markers
    2: More than 9 titles
3: Menu content if encoded exceeds the 1 gb limit
4: Make sure project is 500mb short of filling intended media

Latest version tends to have most bugs sorted ... check for version update.

    I have 6
I have about 200 gb of space

I wanted to use the program for the menu for a video on my comp not for a dvd, so it is way over the limit but I did not think that would matter
