I am not so experienced with audio editing but has a few knowledge about muxing videos and audio.

Well I have 2 videos. Video 1 (25:15) and Video 2 (25:09) and what I wanted to do is to mux Video 1(video) and Video 2(audio).

Video 2(audio) has sound from 0:00-24:57, so from 24:58-25:09 is pretty much mute. However, i wanted Video 2 (audio) to start at around 0:15 for Video 1(video).

    0:15 (mute sound) + 25:09 (Video 2 audio) = 25:24

I know the total audio (25:24) must equal to 25:15 so that I can mux it easily to Video 1. I'm assuming we need to cut 0:09 seconds on the end to match the audio and video.

I hope I don't confuse anyone with my explanation. I need ideas on what tools to use so that I can cut/join without re encoding the audio. The audio format is AC-3.
