how can i access to this window without VirtualDub?

Hello,
i want to access to this window:


without VirtualDub.

I discovered the settings of the color change (change brightness / contras, etc.) in "Debut Video Capture Software" are fake.

It does not make a real change. It does not change the hardware settings ..

But I noticed that if I open the "Debut Video Capture Software" and the VirtualDub While Debut displays the image from the device, so if I get this window via VirtualDub and change the color settings, I see the change in Debut directly.

So all I need is an easy way to get to this window ..

I have problems with recording in VirtualDub.

(My device is eastcap)
