I'm editing a large DVB using Avidexux, and am using the "Shift" option in the audio settings to correct a 300ms sync problem. When I save the file the output contains no audio at all. Has anyone else had this problem?
I'm running version 2.6 of Avidemux on Windows 7.

Is the audio demuxed from the video/selecting another audio source other than the video?

I'm not sure I fully understand what you're asking, but Video Output and Audio Output are both using the "Copy" option, if that's what you mean?

I've just upgraded to the latest version of Avidemux 2.6.3, and when I perform exactly the same operation on this one it keeps the audio track but completely ignores the 300ms shift
    ???

That's not what I mean. Drop one of your files into MediaInfo, go to text and copy and paste the info here.
