incompatible display driver with adobe premier elements 11.0

so i've been using premiere with absolutely no problems for a couple of weeks now and one day i get this message when starting it up:

We have detected an incompatible display driver. To get a better and faster playback performance, please update your display driver.

Display driver details :ATI Technologies Inc. - AMD Radeon HD 6550M 3.0.10151 Compatibility Profile Context

i checked to see if there was any update but didn't find one. any idea on what i should do? is premiere elements just too much to handle for my graphics card? any help is appreciated, thanks.
