  1. Can anyone help?

I have .TS files that I've recorded from my Hauppauge and have edited out the commercials using VideoReDo so that the files doesn't re-encode.

But now I want to put them on a Blu-ray to watch them on my PS3.

  2. have you tried:
    1. opening the file in tsMuxeR
    2. setting output to 'Blu-ray disk' (or 'AVCHD disk')
    3. burn the created content with ImgBurn
    alternatively you can try: multiAVCHD

  3. Yes!

I'm burning a disc right now. Sorry! Such a n00b move not to use the 'search' function on here. I found a thread where someone had a similar problem and I followed the steps.

  4. Selur's method should work, although I have had some problems getting DVD5 's to play in my blueray player using his method. Some play, some don't. Lately I have had better luck with BDtoAVCHD for DVD5. It will also do bluerays.

MultiAVCHD, already mentioned by Selur, can make menus for blu ray. Its output is not universally accepted by all blu ray players, and I've had problems with blu ray authored in MultiAVCHD playing in my old copy of Arcsoft TMT 3 on the computer. I haven't tried it with TMT 5.

But for most players, blu ray produced by MultiAVCHD should work fine.

  8. Why does the Blu-ray that I made have the title of BDMV when I put it in my PS3?

I would like it to have the title of the show I have on the disc. Is there any way I can do that?
