  1. If I export or render the timeline from premiere pro cs3, to .avi with lagarith (v1.3.27) lossless compression, so that I can open it in avisynth to add some filters and then serve to x264.exe encoder, somehow not all frames are exported.

If I export to .avi uncompressed using debugmode frameserver, then open the signpost in avisynth, to apply filters and frameserve to x264, no frame is missing. This method is very stable. The only problem with this method is that Premiere fills almost all available ram memory, but if I use lagarith to render all frames to an intermediate avi file, then I can close Premiere and x264 will have enough free space in ram memory.

What could cause this problem with lagarith ?

Your computer details say you have 1.5GB of memory. Can't you put at least 4GB in, possibly more? Even if you close Premiere, x264 will still be thankful for more memory.
IMHO, the use of intermediate files (lagarith or otherwise) is a necessary evil because it requires an extra conversion step and tons of hard drive space. But it's worth it in terms of making editing faster and more fluid--which is not exactly what you are using them for. You are exporting, and as you noted: the debugmode-avisynth duo is truly stable and efficient. I'd stick to this and just add more RAM.
When I first built this computer I'm using now in 2009 I bit my lips as I installed 6GB of memory then with a view to not wanting in that department. Even that wasn't enough so I had to chuck it all out and bought 12GB anew just last year. Currently, I typically open Premiere Pro CS5, Encore, Audition, debugmode, x264 (130.2273), simple x264 launcher, notepad, firefox12, PowerDVDv9, vlc all at the same time. During frameserving & x264 encoding, CPU activity can reach close to 100% but there is still available RAM.
For the nth time, with the possible exception of certain Intel processors, I don't have/ever owned anything whose name starts with "i".

  4. Ok, I'll stick with debugmode, and I'll add more ram.
