Is that all I have to do to make a mpeg dvd, if so y is there another guide out there that is like ten times longer then this. Any help please. Also does anyone know any good programs for ripping vob files to mpg files. If so can someone point me in that direction please. Thanks.

First of all it is not a dvd it becomes a vcd and the reason it is so short is the other guides show how to make the mpg and svcd
