  1. I would like to convert several divx movies I have to mpeg so I can create vcd's. However, if I do this using tmpeg and NERO, I end up with VCD's which look fine and are fullscreen on my DVD player, but will not play fullscreen using a VCD player on my computer. Any suggestions?

  3. Yeah, but it doesn't look as good as on my television... Should I turn down my resolution on my monitor to match that of a television?

  4. your stand alone dvd player produces higher quality video because it uses a hardware decoder. The sub-optimal video output of your monitor is due to the use of the software decoder. As you probably know, hardware decoders do a better job when compared alongside a software decoder. Hope this answers your issue.
