    but video is shaky. i capture using HD PVR 2 from hauppauge and Arcsoft Showbiz by total media extreme

    can anyone help with this problem?

    ive only been pvr'ng for three months, and need help.

    i use 720p and 5000kbps constant bitrate, 60fps when capturing

    What are you capturing?
    Do you have a sample video? Use makesample to make a very short video sample and upload.
