  1. I have a .divx file (new divx 5 encode) that I want to reencode to SVCD. However, this divx is royally screwed up. It will not play with Windows Media Player or Zoom Player. When you try to play it, you get an error message that says the program has to close. The error message says that the error has to do with bicubic_resizer.ax. Right now, the divx will only play on the Divx Alpha Player from divx.com. I have tried to encode this file to SVCD but I can't get any programs to recognize the file or encode it. Anybody know what I can do?

  2. I think your only choice is to reencode the file into divx with virtualdub.
