Hi I am working on a dissertation and am doing some research that requires me to measure how long cars take to use traffic signal junctions. For the amount of data I need, I will need to video the cars and count the number of frames.

What I need is a peace of software that will allow me to synchronised at least 2 videos, show the frame numbers and allow me to move though them together frame by frame. The frame by frame feature can not be like VLC where it is a button as I need to get though lots and lots of frames. I also need to be able to rotate the video as the cameras will be mounted side on. Does anyone have any idea of what software would be able to do that?

  2. Is this for a college course? If so, you really need to get a handle on your grammar and spelling skills first. Most any video editing program can do what you want. Try a trial of Vegas Movie Studio and see if that does what you want.
