HI there! I recently got into the VCD scene so im a newbie at it hehehe ;) ne ways my problem is when I burn my vcd to a cd-r it wont play in my dvd player. I know for a fact that my dvd player supports vcd's. I know this becuase I purchased vcd's and they run perfect. What could be my problem? I used your guide on converting and burning here and It burns fine just doesnt play I get "no disk" error on the dvd player. Is there some kinda special VCD cd that you must burn too? Any help would be greatly appreciated!! thx Wiking99

You may be burning what are called SVCD's and ur dvd player may not support them. Mine dont and i have to watch them on the PC.
I know that nero burns them as SVCD's but i dunno about any other software.Try looking at the burn software settings to see it can be changed.
