  4. The second link emphasises the point that there is no short method. It's hard to do. It takes time to learn how (and lots of practice).

    You were even offered a helping hand over there, but you didn't care to look at it again it seems.
    You cannot keep on asking people, if you are not ready to help yourself.

    Have you tried dTa?
    In case you don't find any direct download methods, your last bet would be on recording it with a screen recorder, like Fraps.
    That is, only if you really want to download it.
