    Hi there

    Is it possible to convert MP4/MKV videos to AVI with Xvid video and MP3/AC3 audio using Handbrake?

    I have some MP4/MKV files that I would like to watch on my DVD/DIVX/XVID player.

    THe old handbrake 0.9.3 supports it, https://www.videohelp.com/download/HandBrake-0.9.3-Win_GUI.exe from https://www.videohelp.com/tools/HandBrake/old-versions#download

    Or try other free converters like xvid4psp 5 or video to video converter.

    I installed Handbrake 0.9.3, selected as input an MP4 file with H.264 video and AAC audio. As output I Selected AVI as container, video mpeg4(xvid) and audio MP3. When I press Start, it concludes imediately and produces an AVI with 0 bytes.

    Any thoughts?
