Registration Issue

Hi,
I had purchase VOB2MOG Pro few days ago.

I have already download the file VOB2MPGPRO.zip and install it without error message.
When I start VOB2MPG first time, it ask me for email and serial no.

But, This window will automatically disappear after 5 or 6 seconds.
I have no time to fill in the data!!
I try again and again in XP and Win7, but still the case.
Please help me if anything I do was not correct.

PS: Iis there a reg.xml file? I didn’t see it!

I hope the seller can tell us how to do! But the request emails were all returned because the help email address in official web site was not correct !

try running "VOB2MPG demo.exe" iirc that starts the reg process over.

sorry but what do you mean by "VOB2MPG demo.exe"? I couldn't find this exe file in the folder

if i were you i'd uninstall/reinstall. and make sure you don't install in the C: program files or program files(86). preferably in a different drive. the demo.exe in my folder may be leftover from previous versions i don't know.
